Founding partner of Quatá Confidence Capital, Aleixo was a partner at Excelia Gestão de Negócios and Finenge Associados for four years, structuring and leading the M&A practice. He was also Vice President of M&A in Stratus Investments from 2006 to 2011; M&A consultant at Ernst & Young from 2004 to 2006 and financial planning trainee at Merrill Lynch in the US. Aleixo holds a master degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV–EAESP) post-graduate degree in Finance from the University of California – Berkeley, and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP).

CEO of Quatá Investimentos

Pedro is the CEO of Quatá Investimentos. He holds an MBA from Insper – Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, degree in Business Administration from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP). Worked for five years in the Latam Investment Services area of Standard & Poor´s. As entrepreneur, helped the development of Sorse Asset Management as a partner responsible for managing the first Multisectorral Receivables Fund in Brazil. Subsequently, Pedro was for four years responsible for managing and structuring FIDCs in Link Investimentos.

Mauricio Fernandes da Costa

Holds a degree in the International Program in Finance from University of California, Berkeley, a degree in Public Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (EAESP-FGV) and in Law from Universidade de São Paulo . Has over 20 years of experience in the financial market, mainly in the structuring of operations and financial solutions to corporate companies, and extensive experience in the management of commercial high performance teams. He worked at banco Safra for 18 years, being Director of the Corporate Area and responsible for the expansion project of the Bank ABC Brazil to the Northeast region and Minas Gerais.

Holds a degree in Economics from Insper – Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. Has more than four years of experience in M&A processes, gained in companies such as Link Investimentos (currently UBS), Banco Votorantim and Noble Group. After his experience in financial markets, Danilo founded No Ponto in 2011, retail store focused in selling premium meat, where he worked for more than three years as Managing Partner. Currently, No Ponto owns two stores and will open the third in 2016. He works in Quatá Investimentos since 2015, working in the Coordination of Structured Finance Area, responsible for the structuring of Debentures, Banking Credit Note, Real Estate Credit Note, and other securities.
